Service Provision Mojo Links will provide link building and/or content services as outlined on our website. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of any campaign.
MOJO LINKS SEO SERVICES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Acquiring backlinks from other websites and blogs to enhance link popularity.
- Creating content, including visual documents.
- Generating social signals through sharing website URLs.
- Producing placement and submission reports.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR SEO SERVICES:
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
- Mojo Links has no control over search engines’ policies regarding site and content acceptance. The client’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at their discretion.
- All fees are non-refundable. Clients are expected to review and be satisfied with the link criteria and metrics guaranteed by Mojo Links before agreeing to the service.
- Mojo Links does not control the actions of website and blog owners in terms of link and content removal. Such removals will not be refunded or replaced. However, links removed within 6 months of purchase may be replaced.
- Mojo Links is not liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We reserve the right to modify anchor text and other order details for successful placement.
- No guarantee of search engine positions or traffic increases is provided.
- Mojo Links is not responsible for negative SEO impacts due to linking to “bad neighborhoods” or “link farms”.
- Clients are responsible for any website changes made by other parties that negatively affect search engine rankings.
- Re-occurring link packs have a minimum commitment period of 2 months, with partial refunds for early cancellation minus the original discount.
- Tier 2 Links are managed by a third-party business independent of Mojo Links.
- Our pricing is valid for up to 30 days post-order. Orders unattended for over 90 days may incur price increases.
PARASITE SEO TERMS OF SERVICE:
- The “Parasite SEO” service involves placing content on third-party websites to enhance search engine visibility.
- There are no guarantees of specific ranking improvements.
- The service is considered complete upon content placement, with fees being non-refundable regardless of subsequent search engine ranking changes or content removal.
- Clients are responsible for the legality and ethical nature of the content used for placement.
NON-DISCLOSURE:
- Confidentiality is assured for all clients, with NDAs available upon request.
- Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for the provision of the service.
RESTRICTIONS:
- Mojo Links reserves the right to refuse service for websites in illegal or offensive industries, including content that is hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Clients unsure about the acceptability of their website should contact Mojo Links before ordering.
